Researching, planning, and implementing new projects, products, and processes to improve member service and staff efficiency.
Responsible for managing the lending portion of the projects.
Supports, administers, and maintains various systems and applications.
Essential Functions and
Responsibilities:
Supports lending initiatives and projects from initiation through implementation and support, including phases such as planning, analysis, design, development and implementation.
Conducts and coordinates financial, product, market, operational, and related research to support strategic lending initiatives within various lending departments.
Creates new reports and modifies existing reports as required.
Updates and maintains data for various systems as needed.
Assists lending departments in finding technical and process solutions to meet their business needs.
Documents all requirements and system changes.
Creates test plans and scenarios and leads project teams in conducting systems tests and evaluating test results.
Provides support for the implementation and modification of lending system and administrative procedure changes.
Monitors results to ensure accuracy of changes.
Interprets, evaluates, and interrelates research data, and develops integrated business analysis and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making.
Provides consultative, technical, and staff support as appropriate to strategic decision-making committees, management and lending.
Liaisons with vendors, front and back office personnel, and members as needed.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory programs including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act, Office of Foreign Asset Control Program and Customer Identification Program.
Contributes to effective department and credit union operations by performing other related duties as assigned.
Experience:
One to three years of similar or related experience.
Education:
A two year college degree or Completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school or Completion of a specialized and extensive in-house training or apprenticeship program Other Skills:
Intermediate knowledge of all Microsoft Office software applications.
Ability to translate technical terminology into common business terms and to communicate with project teams on issues, problems, and potential solutions in a clear, and professional manner.
Ability to work independently and as a team member.
Ability to review and evaluate products and processes as they are developing and ensure they meet identified requirements.
Knowledge of overall credit union lending operations and member service functions.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Combination of experience in any of the following areas preferred; credit union lending operations, project work, process analysis, data reporting for a financial institution, back office processes.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
