Our ideal candidate has exceptional oral communication skills and is able to communicate and understand the property maintenance needs to the owners.
Candidate will have the ability to work with our online Online Reservation Specialist (RS), to converse via phone and text regarding the check-in and check-out processes for the RV users, reserving sites potential weekly, monthly and yearly, within our community.
Ultimately, you should be able to act professionally on any face to face RV community communications.

Job Description:
Job duties include:
Installing electrical meters, addressing plumbing repairs as they come up and overseeing sub-contractors, general property maintenance and community owned home units, receive postal items as well as other misc.
responsibilities that management requests from time to time, on-site.
Lawn-care maintenance of 17-21 acres of RV property and including weed-eating, blowing, general clean-up of RV sites and common areas.
Maintenance and management of tools, equipment, and supplies.
Property Manager will be the contact for all resident relations, including promptly responding to phone calls, emails and text messages from Company, Residents, Contractors and Prospects.
A company cell phone, internet and printer provided by Company.
Property Manager will be available 24/7 for emergencies, (including weather evacuations) to:
Residents, Alabama Power and Utilities, Rescue and Fire Emergency & provide access to the property/units for emergency entry.
Have a thorough understanding of the Community including:
Rules and Regulations, Lot Rental Agreement, Rental Applications and User Fees.
Ability to professionally and ethically execute violations and enforce contracts with all residents under Fair Housing Laws - not discriminating based on race, color, religion, sex, familial status, or national origin.
The primary responsibility is facilitating guest accommodations daily, weekly, monthly or annually.
Including but not limited to aiding customers with RV hookups if needed.
Property Manager will ensure guest registration and check in services are completed prior to hookup with professional communication with the Reservation Specialist.
The manager will NOT take any cash and may at times assist in credit card or ACH documentation with the RS.
Property Manager will fully communicate any community complaints to management in writing, text and phone as to the complaint with a date and time stamp of the complaint and their recommended solution.
Compensation Looks Like:
$15-20/hour for lawn care maintenance 10-12 hours per week and 2-3 hours per week property maintenance as needed.
Room and board - 4 bedroom manufactured home with 2 baths, community office/reception area for resident registration.
Housing includes:
Water, sewer, internet, and electric usage, or alternatively use an RV site at no charge for their own camper.
What your day might look like:
Manage daily operations of the property to achieve established budgeted financial and operational goals Control expenditures by staying within constraints of the approved budget including maintenance repairs and fuel Assist RS in the lease enforcement process by annual inspections, approving prospective resident applications and renewals Assist in managing the client/owner relationship by providing updates and reporting on the property's performance and responding to owner requests as needed What we are looking for:
Previous property management experience is required; manufactured housing or RV community property management experience is a plus Proficient on an Apple I-Phone, sending and receiving emails via phone and computer Excellent communication skills; ability to read, write and communicate effectively Ability to work with hands, operate lawn care equipment, excavator, plumbing, electrical, chainsaws and other hand tools a must
