We are seeking a Maintenance Person to join our team in the Southeast.
The ideal candidate will have experience in general contracting work, and repair and maintenance of residential units.
work will be based in our Daleville, AL park but repair and maintenance work will be required in other location 1-2 hours away.
Responsibilities include:
Attending to tenants' maintenance calls turning over vacant units (repair and amintenance) general park maintenance Must have maintenance background.
