Answering incoming calls o Professional etiquette Data Entry with critical attention to details.
Constantly monitoring the dispatch system.
o Ensure units are en-route.
o Route patients in a timely manner.
Communicate appropriate routing instructions to drivers.
Assist with scheduling.
Investigate and report all incidents to management.
Complete and print daily manifests.
Manage office and office supplies.
Other duties as assigned.
Prerequisites for this position:
High school diploma or GED.
Highly organized.
Accountability, compliance, and teamwork.
Professional, courteous, and respectful interpersonal communication skills with patients, families, and other staff.
Preferred experience or credentials Competitive candidates will have:

Knowledge of service areas (Wiregrass and surrounding areas) Ability to prioritize multiple tasks; ability to work independently and as a team member.
Competent cell phone communication skills.
